On the day of service, you will receive a text to your mobile phone with the approximate time of your service call. The technician can also call you approximately half an hour before he will arrive.
Your technician will diagnose the problem onsite and advise you if parts are required. If the parts are required to be ordered our spare parts team will quote you on the parts so you know in advance what the parts costs are.
