What are the Service Call charges?
SERVICE CALL CHARGES
Sydney Metro area: $140 inc GST + labour.
Payment is requested on the day of service
Cash, Visa or Mastercard is accepted
Sydney City 2000 and North Sydney 2060
Parking must be provided in these areas
Service Call $210 inc GST + labour
Sub Zero/Wolf Products. Please ask for charges.
LABOUR $35 per each 15 minutes of part thereof Inc GST
OUT OF SYDNEY METRO CALL CHARGES
Further charges may apply if the service suburb is outside the Sydney Metropolitan area. Please ask our staff for details.
What time will the Technician come?
The afternoon before service, a text message will be sent to your mobile advising a window of time the technician will attend the next day.
If the time is not suitable please call our office on 8788 8666. Please leave a message if we are closed and our office will call you back ASAP to book for another date.
There is a fee if our technician attends and no one is home.
Manufacturer and Extended Warranty
Please contact your appliance manufacturer or extended warranty company to register your appliance service.
Our office will contact you to arrange service once we have received an authority for warranty.
Please refer to your warranty terms and conditions. Out of warranty charges will apply if the fault is not a manufacturing issue.
When will we confirm your service booking
Our Business Hours are 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri. We will respond to your enquiry ASAP but generally within 3 business hours.
