Top Signs You Need Sub-Zero Refrigerator Service
Outside of normal wear, the unit should consistently sound and feel the same. Here is a short list of symptoms to keep an eye out for–it may save you time, money and food.
Sub-Zero Refrigerator compartment:
- Consistently warmer cabinet or food temperatures are a sure indicator that a problem exists.
- Consistent excessive sweating or moisture on the interior of the refrigerator walls, shelves or food containers.
- Premature food spoilage, dairy products that sour before reaching expiration dates, vegetables wilting quickly.
- Liquids or vegetables freezing in the fresh food portion of your Sub-Zero.
- Any quick changes to normal operation in your unit such as new noises, louder noises, a change in how the door opens or closes.
Sub-Zero Freezer compartment:
- Thawing or inability to freeze food in a timely manner is a sure indicator that a problem exists.
